Bilingual Enrollment Consultant

We are working with a client that was founded with a mission to bring innovation and simplicity to the employee benefits world without sacrificing relationships. After years of seeing brokers and employees struggle with rising healthcare costs, low engagement, and technology that didn’t speak their language, this client set out to become what they wished existed: a true behind-the-scenes partner who empowers brokers and supports employees every step of the way.

We are helping them to find three bilingual Enrollment Counselors to support group benefits enrollments across employer sites in the Carlton and Houston markets. This is a non-sales role focused on guiding employees through their benefit options during open enrollment.

Requirements

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (must have)
• Bilingual –Spanish (must have)
• Experience working with employer groups (preferred)
• Ability and flexibility to travel between Carlton & Houston worksites
• Reliable laptop/workstation to bring on-site
  
  

Responsibilities

• Travel to employer sites and guide employees through their benefits enrollment questions
• Provide clear, accurate information — no selling involved
• Attend remote training Oct 9–14 (review benefit guides, tools setup, call center setup)
• Deliver on-site support starting Oct 15 through Nov 7
• Opportunity into second enrollment period
