Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

DiaCom Corporation, founded in 1983, is a world-wide industry leader in producing high-performance diaphragms for automotive, aerospace, medical, food processing, and other critical industries. We are seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to join our Lawrence team.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Federal and State labor regulations
• Payroll and benefits administration. Leave of Absence administration
• Recruiting, orientation and onboarding

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• ADP Workforce Now experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Thorough understanding of employment related laws and regulations

Work 32 hours/week
