Colonial Life has immediate call center team openings for bilingual (Spanish/ English or Creole/ English) licensed insurance enrollers to join our growing team in the Central Florida area. Join our market-leading team in providing personal insurance products to employees and their families at the worksite.

We’re looking for professional individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, preferably with benefits enrollment experience.

• Build relationships with businesses in your community
• Work with employers and help provide them with benefit solutions for their business, including cost management tools, HR and administrative time savings, benefits communication and employee financial protection through our personal insurance products.

What do you need to be a sales professional with us?

• Enrollment experience preferred
• Strong communication skills to deliver our benefits communication and education to employees
• Life & Health license is required, but can be attained through Colonial Life

Due to our continuing business growth and expansion, Colonial Life-Central FL District office is currently considering candidates for an Internal Call Center/Service Representative position. This is a full-time, hourly position. Extensive training is provided and some benefits are offered.

Advancement potential exists for the right person. Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) in both written or oral communication is required. Florida 2-15 insurance license is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
