What You’ll Be Doing

• Making high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified leads
• Following proven sales scripts and talk paths that convert
• Quoting and binding auto, RV, home, and commercial policies
• Managing follow-ups using a lead tracking system
• Hitting — and exceeding — daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Cross-selling to ensure clients are fully protected
• Building long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) — REQUIRED
• Active 4-40 or 220 insurance license
• Sales or customer service experience (any industry welcome)
• Highly motivated, money-driven mindset
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
