Bilingual (Korean-English) Key Account Manager (34329)

A global industrial supplier is looking for a Bilingual (Korean-English) Key Account Manager near Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities – Bilingual (Korean-English) Key Account Manager:

· Support current key account and maintain good relationships with customer account

· Provide quotations containing terms and conditions to customers

· Negotiate cost, timeline, technical specification etc., and provide consultation as needed

· Utilize various communication methods (Phone, Email, Onsite visitation)

· Coordinate successful delivery of products to customer site with shipping department and logistics couriers

· Establish sales strategy plan analyzing account history for future forecasting activities and performance improvement

· Prepare presentation materials for sales meeting with customers

· Monitor production progress on customer’s order for status update communication and avoid any delays

· Create sales reports by using MS Excel and the company's system and report to Direct Managers periodically

· Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner

· Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements – Bilingual (Korean-English) Key Account Manager:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Supply Chain Management, or related field

· Ideally have at least 1-3 years of B2B Account management experience in Automotive industry

· Experience/ knowledge in industrial purchasing/ procurement is huge plus

· Proficient Microsoft Office suite

· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management is MUST

· Business-Level of both Korean and English language skills are required (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)

· Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Able to travel up to 25%

· Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment

· While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
