Bilingual Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with substantial experience in drafting discovery documents, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. This role will focus on preparing detailed legal documents, drafting pleadings, and assisting with trial preparation, alongside organizing case files and ensuring all discovery-related deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will bring strong writing and analytical skills, be capable of drafting complex legal documents with minimal supervision, and have a proactive approach to case management. Candidates must provide past writing samples that highlight their ability to draft discovery and other litigation documents effectively. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on case status.
• Calendar and track all litigation deadlines.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Prepare case files for trial and assist with trial preparation.
• Perform various litigation-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience: At least 1+ year(s) of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Skills: Ability to communicate professionally with clients, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, knowledge of legal calendaring, and attention to detail.
• Must be available to work late when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
