Your Role & Schedule

  • Clinical Continuity: While we hire for the organization to ensure comprehensive care across all Houston locations, we prioritize assigning staff to a consistent regional cluster.
  • Regional Travel: Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between our Greenspoint, Louetta and Magnolia clinic locations for coverage.
  • Rotating Schedule: Our locations provide comprehensive care with extended hours: Monday–Friday (8a–8p) and Saturday–Sunday (8a–6pm).

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Advocacy: Use your bilingual skills to greet patients, verify insurance, and ensure every visitor feels welcomed and informed.
  • Operational Flow: Manage the front desk, coordinate patient check-ins/outs, and maintain an efficient schedule to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Financial Precision: Collect and post time-of-service payments and verify Medicaid/Medicare eligibility.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle high-volume phone calls, manage electronic medical records (EMR), and route correspondence with strict confidentiality.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in a medical practice or community health setting.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and EMR software.
