Bilingual Medical Scheduler

This position requires a high level of customer service experience such as greeting, smiling, getting to know the children and their families to make for a pleasant experience.

Checking patients in at the front desk
Answering busy multiple phone lines.
Scheduling patients for appointments for two or more services at once.
Interviewing patients for case histories in advance of appointments
Compiling medical records and charts
Processing insurance payments
Proficient at operating computer software and office equipment (typing)
Transferring assessment results to the appropriate clinician
Maintaining supplies and appearance for the office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
