Bilingual Patient Access Rep

We are seeking a professional and energetic Bilingual Patient Access Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, handle inquiries, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations within our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to direct calls accurately and promptly.
• Schedule appointments using electronic calendars and coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient flow.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to confidentiality protocols and privacy standards.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills in all interactions.
• May be required to work one weekend per month based on scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in front desk, diagnostic scheduling, or administrative support within a healthcare or medical setting.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred to effectively serve diverse patient populations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of office management procedures, clerical practices, and customer service principles.
• Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management is advantageous.
