Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager

Position Summary

The NMW Law Firm is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager who is professional, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution. This role serves as a primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and efficient case progression while delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

· Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and multi-tasking.

· Document all communications with clients, adjusters, and medical providers accurately.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date case data, records and notes.

· Review and respond to incoming correspondence promptly.

· Gather, review and organize medical and billing records accurately.

· Prepare and submit demands to insurance companies.

· Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and procedures.

· Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of personal injury case management required.

· Excellent organizational skills with a proven capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Associates Degree required.

· Bilingual (Spanish) required.
