Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager & Intake Specialist

Job description:

Law Offices of Sharma & Associates PC is a boutique personal injury law firm in Houston, TX providing attention and detailed care to each client.

Responsibilities:

• Client Intake of auto crash cases, setting up claims with 1P and 3P, sending LOR, finalizing liability and coverage; policy coverage checks
• Setting up treatment, sending LOP, and case management of treatment
• Requesting all records and bills, preparing demands, and sending reduction requests
• Draft legal documents such as lawsuits, counter-demands
• Maintain client files
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and attorneys
• Willing to learn and grow with the firm

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Houston, TX 77014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• 1 year personal injury intake to demand experience preferred
• Spanish Speaker
