Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of personal injury law and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills. This role involves supporting attorneys in case preparation, managing documentation, and conducting research to ensure the successful handling of personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation of pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation using Filevine.
• Transcribe legal documents and correspondence as required.
• Maintain good communication with clients throughout their case.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for negotiation and settlement.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficient in legal drafting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Familiarity with Filevine or similar legal software for case management.
• Knowledge of personal injury law principles and procedures.
• Bilingual Spanish speaker.
• Excellent research abilities to support case development.
• Effective interviewing skills to extract relevant information from clients and witnesses.
• Ability to transcribe legal documents accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with contract management is a plus.
