Personal Injury Senior Case Manager

Our firm is growing at a rapid pace, and I am looking for a top tier case manager to work alongside myself as the managing attorney to help harness our growth, own their own case load, and develop into a leadership role for our firm. Ample opportunities for bonus compensation included.

We are a high-performing personal injury law firm with a 45 year legacy representing law enforcement, first responders, and our broader community. We are building a modern, client-focused firm designed to maximize case value, not just volume.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional case manager role.

You will work directly with the Managing Attorney on a high-value pre-litigation caseload. Your responsibility is to own your files from sign-up through demand readiness, ensuring every case is positioned for maximum value and smooth transition to resolution or litigation.

What You’ll Own

• Full lifecycle management of a pre-litigation caseload
• Immediate client engagement post-sign-up (setting tone, expectations, trust)
• Assisting with medical treatment and provider relationships
• Management of records, bills, PIP, liens, and supporting documentation
• Proactive communication with clients to drive treatment consistency and case progress
• Identification of escalation points (liability issues, treatment gaps, litigation potential)
• Preparation of cases for demand and/or transition to litigation
• Collaboration directly with the Managing Attorney on strategy and case direction

• Cases move forward quickly and consistently (no stagnation)
• Clients stay engaged in treatment and feel informed
• Files are clean, organized, and demand-ready
• Issues are identified early not discovered late
• The Managing Attorney can rely on you to own the details and drive execution

Who You Are

Required:

• 3+ years of personal injury case management experience
• Strong understanding of pre-litigation workflow (treatment, records, bills, demand prep)
• Excellent client communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining quality and urgency
