Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential real estate transactions with integrity and professionalism.
  • Generate and nurture leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property values.
  • Prepare and present offers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of local housing inventory, market trends, and financing options.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by communicating proactively and providing guidance at every step.
  • Leverage PLACE systems, technology, and marketing tools to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and professional development to continually enhance skills.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
