Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and multilingual Bilingual Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. Ideal candidates will be fluent in Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, Russian, or other key languages, and able to confidently engage with international clients while managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations in both English and your second language
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, investment opportunities, and market trends
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and real estate regulations
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to support the sales process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

Requirements

• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, Russian, or others
• Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
