Bilingual Receptionist - Call Center

Position Description:

The Call Center Receptionist's primary role is to answer incoming calls for general inquiries and our Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental Clinics. The Receptionist will schedule patients, transfer calls to the appropriate party, or send a message through the Electronic Health record system as appropriate.

This position will occasionally provide front desk support by checking patients in for appointments and entering in required demographic, insurance, and income information into the patient's electronic chart. This position is key in the patients experience in the clinic and requires a high degree of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
  • CNA/MA experience preferred
  • Computer literate in electronic mail, word processing, office management system software, and the Electronic Health Record System
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
