Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Assistant with a background in home health, nursing, or caregiving. This role blends administrative support and hands-on client care, making it perfect for someone who is compassionate, organized, and adaptable.

This is a part-time position (approximately 4 - 8 hours per day 20 -40 hours per week) with flexibility and potential for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care Support

• Assist with light post-operative care under direction of licensed professionals
• Support clients with daily needs in a recovery setting
• Maintain a clean, calm, and comfortable environment

Administrative Duties

• Manage scheduling, emails, and client communication
• Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating services
• Maintain organized records and documentation

Household & Operations Support

• Light housekeeping and preparation for incoming clients
• Assist with inventory (supplies, recovery items, etc.)

Requirements

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
• Background in home health, CNA, caregiver, or nursing (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic systems
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Professional, compassionate, and discreet demeanor

Compensation & Schedule

• Part-time: (approximately 4 - 8 hours per day 20 -40 hours per week) (with potential for additional hours)

Responsabilidades

Cuidado del Cliente

• Apoyar con cuidados básicos postoperatorios bajo supervisión
• Asistir a los clientes con sus necesidades diarias
• Mantener un ambiente limpio y cómodo

Tareas Administrativas

• Manejar horarios, correos electrónicos y comunicación
• Ayudar con el registro de nuevos clientes
• Mantener documentación organizada

Apoyo Operativo

• Limpieza ligera y preparación del espacio
• Manejo de inventario de suministros

Requisitos

• Bilingüe en inglés y español (obligatorio)
• Experiencia en home health, CNA, enfermería o cuidado personal (preferido)
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización
• Conocimiento básico de computadora
• Licencia de conducir válida y vehículo propio
• Actitud profesional, empática y discreta

Compensación y Horario

• Medio tiempo: ~4 horas por semana
