Bilingual Retail Store Manager (English/Spanish)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bilingual Retail Store Manager (English/Spanish) to lead daily operations in a fast-paced grocery environment serving a diverse and primarily Hispanic community. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to connect effectively with our diverse customer base and team members. What You’ll Do

• Manage all daily supermarket operations, including grocery, produce, meat, bakery, and front-end
• Lead, motivate, and develop department supervisors and store associates
• Ensure a welcoming environment with excellent customer service for our community
• Oversee inventory, ordering, product rotation, freshness, and shrink control
• Monitor sales, labor costs, and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Implement merchandising, promotions, and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and respectfully
• Create schedules, conduct performance reviews, and support employee growth

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual required: fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of supermarket or grocery store management experience
• Strong leadership skills with a people-first mindset
• Knowledge of grocery operations, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Ability to analyze sales reports and operational metrics
• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
