Family Insurance Sales is hiring motivated, bilingual (Spanish-English) sales representatives who are ready to build a long-term career in insurance sales and leadership.

This role is ideal for candidates with basic sales fundamentals, strong customer service experience, and a confident, engaging personality. No insurance license is required to start — we provide paid training and help you obtain your P&C license.

What You’ll Do

• Educate customers on their insurance needs, coverages, and options
• Build trust through conversation, explanation, and guidance
• Persuade customers through value-based sales conversations
• Outbound calling is one of the most essential responsibilities

This is a high-interaction sales role that requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and consistent outbound calling activity.

Requirements

✔ Bilingual – Spanish & English (Required)
✔ Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Required)
✔ Strong customer service background
✔ Basic sales fundamentals and ability to communicate value clearly
