About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Bilingual Spanish Marketing Project Manager to join a dynamic team managing multiple e-commerce and subscription brands. You'll be the go-to person for driving execution across digital marketing, brand development, Amazon product launches, and more.

This role is remote but restricted to candidates who reside in U.S. Central Time Zone states that align most closely with Latin America:

  • Alabama (western parts)

  • Tennessee (western parts)

  • Iowa

  • Wisconsin

Spanish fluency is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership: Take charge of key marketing initiatives across multiple brands, ensuring deliverables are met on time and with precision.

  • Google Ads & Digital Marketing: Implement recommendations from recent audits and evaluate outcomes.

  • Brand Repositioning: Serve as the bridge between internal teams and branding agencies during rebrand projects.

  • Email Marketing: Oversee timelines and quality assurance for email campaigns.

  • New Product Launches: Coordinate go-to-market timelines and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product rollouts.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to keep everything on track.

  • Process Improvement: Establish workflows and repeatable systems to streamline operations.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress and challenges directly to the CEO and marketing team.


What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of marketing project management experience, ideally in fast-paced CPG and e-commerce. Subscription business experience is a plus.

  • Fluent in Spanish (must-have).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.

  • Strong organizational skills, comfort with minimal structure, and a self-starter mindset.

  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Notion, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, etc.
