Authentic Growth Counseling is a boutique group therapy practice located in Coral Gables dedicated to providing thoughtful, trauma-informed care for individuals, couples, and families.

As our practice continues to grow, we are receiving an increasing number of referrals from Spanish-speaking clients and are seeking a licensed bilingual therapist who is passionate about culturally responsive mental health care and interested in being part of a close-knit, collaborative team.

This position is ideal for a clinician who values community, mentorship, and meaningful clinical work, and who wants to grow alongside a developing practice.

Position Details

• Part-time to start, with strong potential to grow into a full-time caseload
• In-person sessions in Coral Gables with the option for virtual sessions
• Weekly clinical consultation/supervision meetings
• Supportive and collaborative team culture
• Administrative and marketing support and referral flow provided

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed in Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Fluent in Spanish and able to conduct therapy in Spanish
• Experience working with adults, teens, couples, or families
• Interest in trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapy
• Comfortable working with insurance and private-pay clients
