Bilingual (Spanish/English)Insurance Agent--TRAINING PROVIDED!!!

Aflac is looking for a bilingual insurance agent to join our team. Across Florida, we can multiply existing and potential accounts that need education on what Aflac solutions can be offered, but we need someone who can effectively communicate in Spanish! You would be working alongside the Regional Manager as your mentor to train you how to consult employees and individuals on the best coverage with Aflac.

*Compensation is a structure that includes: Commission, Residuals, Bonuses and Stocks. Our Hiring Manager will discuss compensation in detail during the interview.

Insurance Agent Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business opportunities through company leads, networking, referrals and calls

· Conduct meetings with employers to customize their benefits needs

· Advise and enroll interested employees in English and Spanish

· Service accounts by meeting with new hires, consulting new options during annual open enrollment, assist with claim support, etc.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Bilingual in English and Spanish

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments

· High School Diploma/GED
