Bilingual Support Executive (Spanish)

Pinnacle Enterprises is looking for a highly reliable and professional Bilingual Support Executive

(Spanish) to manage all business communication and act as the first point of contact for builders, field

crews, vendors, and leadership.

About the Role

 Manage all inbound and outbound communication (calls, email, and chat) in a fast-paced B2B

construction environment.

 Act as a gatekeeper by filtering urgent vs non-essential communication.

 Relay accurate instructions and updates to Spanish-speaking field crews.

 Route critical messages to the appropriate department without delay.

 Monitor and maintain organized inboxes and communication channels.

 Escalate high-priority matters such as inspections, bids, deliveries, and project delays.

 Support leadership by handling routine vendor inquiries and blocking low-value calls.

 Maintain documentation of important communication to ensure nothing is missed.

 Assist in operations coordination including scheduling, CRM updates, and basic invoicing

(growth path).

Requirements

 Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to switch between professional corporate tone

and field communication.

 Strong call-handling and communication management skills.

 Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.

 Ability to identify urgent construction-related matters and escalate appropriately.

Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.

 Reliable onsite work ethic with strong attendance discipline.

 Experience in B2B support, dispatch, operations, or executive communication is preferred.

Basic understanding of construction workflow is a plus.
