Help us deliver smooth, on-time operations while ensuring every invoice is correct. You’ll be the bridge between our warehouse clerical staff, corporate colleagues, drivers, customers, and suppliers.

Invoice Accuracy & AR: Review each client invoice, maintain active files for open balances, and produce aging receivables reports.

Driver & Dock Coordination: Check drivers in/out throughout the day, assign doors, and print BOLs and outbound paperwork.

Shipment Verification: Obtain and verify shipper release numbers, destinations, and trailer identifiers.

Scheduling & Inventory: Monitor product inventories, track load progress, and assess schedule impacts.

Data & Reporting: Enter data daily with speed and accuracy; compile and complete time-sensitive operational and customer delivery reports.

Customer Support: Manage calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages), assist with inquiries, and resolve problems.

Proactive Communication: Analyze trends in delivery performance and share updates with customers ahead of issues.

Supplier Relations: Build effective relationships with suppliers to hit cost, quality, and delivery targets.

High school diploma or GED

At least 2 years in customer service

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Office 365 familiarity preferred

Strong computer aptitude and rapid, precise data entry

AS400 knowledge is a plus
