Bilingual Warehouse Helper

The Bilingual Warehouse Helper supports daily warehouse operations by assisting with the organization, inventory, preparation, and movement of props and equipment. This role plays an essential part in ensuring rental items are accurately picked, packed, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Assist with receiving, cleaning/organizing, and maintaining prop quality
• Perform routine inventory checks and support stock counts
• Pick and pack props according to rental orders
• Securely prepare items for return to inventory stock
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Safely handle fragile or oversized items
• Inspect props for damage or wear and report issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support customer pickups and returns as needed
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Basic English communication skills
• Flexibility to assist in other operational areas as needed

• Fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
• Schedule may vary depending on operational needs.
