Billing Analyst

On The Road Truck Repair is looking for a full-time Billing Analyst to join our growing team. Our Billing Analyst will utilize auditing and data entry to accurately and timely complete customer billing.

Projected start date: 2nd week of February

Location:

This position is a remote work from home option, after the initial training period.

• Onsite training in Statesville, NC
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with 30-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and audit incoming documents with attention to credibility.
• Communicate with coworkers to resolve discrepancies in documentation received.
• Adapt between various customer billing requirements.
• Create, self-audit and submit invoices.
• Regularly prepare summary reports.

Skills:

• Proven experience as Billing Analyst
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel & Word)
• High level of skill in both keyboard and 10-key
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
• Adherence to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with customers and data
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Proficiency in English
• Result-driven and patient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
