Billing Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst responsible for accurate invoicing, billing analysis, and revenue reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong command of written English, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner

Verify billing data, contracts, pricing, and supporting documentation

Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer billing inquiries

Maintain accurate billing records and documentation

Analyze billing data to identify errors, trends, and improvement opportunities

Collaborate with client to ensure billing accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable

Strong command of written English with the ability to draft clear and professional emails and reports

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/accounting systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP or billing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Knowledge of revenue recognition principles

Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume billing environment
