Job Description:

As a Billing Analyst at Epiq Systems, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations, contributing to the financial health of the company through meticulous data analysis and effective communication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including collections and reconciliations.

  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

  • Conduct financial reporting and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Utilize analytical thinking to interpret complex billing data and propose solutions.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for billing processes and procedures.

  • Ensure high accuracy in all billing activities to minimize errors and optimize revenue.

  • Support Accounts Payable Management activities as needed.

  • Proactively manage deadlines to ensure all billing cycles are completed efficiently.

  • Engage in professional collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.

  • Communicate billing information clearly and concisely to internal and external parties.



Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Accounting, specifically with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Invoices.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Thinking and Data Analysis.

  • Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and Analysis principles.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on Deadline Management and High Accuracy.

  • Excellent Communication and Professional Collaboration abilities.

  • Experience with Documentations and process improvement.

  • Functional Expertise in billing systems and financial software.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in various settings, including public speaking when required.

  • While not a primary focus, some experience in People Management is a plus.

The Compensation range for this role is $50,000 USD up to $65,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.

Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
