We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive BillingOperations Specialist to join our Home Office team in Laconia, NH.

Position Overview

The BillingOperations Specialist plays a key role in supporting company billing operations, provider support, office administration, and internal systems management. This position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure billing processes, provider support tasks, and office operations are completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with billing, invoicing, administrative operations, or office coordination preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/software systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
