Bansal Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Assistant with hands-on experience in billing, taxation, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of E-way bills, Tally Prime, GST, and TDS and ensure accurate and timely billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time
  • Generate and manage E-way bills as per statutory requirements
  • Maintain billing records and data in Tally Prime
  • Ensure proper GST compliance, including tax calculation and invoice accuracy
  • Assist in GST returns and related documentation
  • Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related entries
  • Coordinate with accounts, sales, and dispatch teams for billing accuracy
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Billing Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime
  • Strong knowledge of E-way bill generation
  • Working knowledge of GST and TDS
  • Good understanding of accounting and billing procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
