Title: Billing Associate
Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM
Location: Phase 4 Bahria Town, Islamabad

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices accurately based on various price agreements, ensuring timely billing, and monitoring and resolving any discrepancies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with expertise in billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and generate invoices accurately according to specific price agreements and terms.
• Ensure timely billing to customers, maintaining accuracy and consistency in all billing activities.
• Monitor, identify, and resolve any issues or discrepancies in invoices promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to verify billing data and ensure alignment with pricing agreements.
• Assist in generating billing-related reports and provide analytical support for the billing process.
• Maintain and update billing records in the system to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a billing role or similar capacity with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
