Billing Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to handle day-to-day billing and invoicing activities. The role involves preparing invoices, verifying customer details, and ensuring timely record-keeping. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with basic accounting knowledge and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time
  • Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain proper records of invoices and payments
  • Assist in updating and maintaining customer billing files
  • Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for invoice-related queries
  • Support the finance department in routine administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
