E-Commerce & Invoicing Specialist(Male)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Invoicing Specialist to support our online sales operations and handle basic invoicing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Upload product information, descriptions, pricing, and images
• Process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries
• Track sales performance and prepare simple reports
• Assist with promotional campaigns and digital marketing activities
• Prepare and issue invoices for customer orders
• Record and maintain invoice data in company systems (Excel/Accounting software)
• Support with follow-ups on payments and reconcile invoices with sales records

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (must know formulas and formatting basics)
• Basic understanding of invoicing/billing processes (training will be provided if needed)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Previous experience in e-commerce or invoicing is a plus, but not required
