Shopify and Amazon Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon/Shopify Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing (General & Digital):

• Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, influencer).
• Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with design/content teams to develop engaging creatives.
• Perform SEO/SEM optimization for website and landing pages.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and competitive activity.

Amazon Account Management:

• Manage and optimize Amazon listings (SEO, content, images, A+ content).
• Run Amazon PPC campaigns and monitor ACOS, ROAS, and other KPIs.
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and customer reviews.
• Coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery and FBA logistics.
• Analyze sales performance and create action plans for growth.

Shopify Store Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store.
• Update product listings, pricing, banners, and promotions.
• Monitor site performance, implement UX/UI improvements.
• Set up and run Shopify-integrated marketing campaigns and abandoned cart flows.
• Analyze traffic, conversions, and revenue trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
