Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our sales and marketing operations across multiple business units, including clinics, SPAs, healthcare, herbal trading, and auto spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both offline and digital marketing, team leadership, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
• Manage sales, tele sales, marketing, and digital marketing teams
• Coordinate digital campaigns with agencies and in-house team
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
• Identify revenue targets and ensure sales goals are met
• Support business unit heads in achieving operational targets
• Plan and manage outdoor sales and B2B partnerships
• Oversee CRM systems and sales reporting
• Analyze marketing budgets and performance metrics
• Represent the company at events and exhibitions
• Train and mentor team members for performance improvement

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of proven experience in a sales and marketing role in the UAE
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English, MS Office, and CRM systems
• Solid knowledge of online and offline marketing techniques
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations and lead a team

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
