Sales & Category Manager – PPE

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing safety equipment brand specializing in high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE). With a strong commitment to delivering top-tier safety solutions, we’re now expanding our footprint into the UAE market.

As we enter this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for a proactive Sales & Category Manager to help lead our UAE expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth—establishing our brand in a new market, building key business relationships, driving B2B sales across diverse sectors, and shaping our expanding PPE product portfolio.

Key Responsabilities:

· Proactively generate, qualify, and convert leads across the UAE PPE market

· Own the entire B2B sales cycle — from outreach to closing — with clients in construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors

· Represent the brand in client meetings, site visits, trade shows, and industry events

· Gather detailed customer requirements and translate insights into new product opportunities

· Lead category expansion across gloves, coveralls, helmets, eyewear, footwear, and other PPE lines

· Collaborate closely with sourcing and operations teams to ensure product-market fit, quality, and timely delivery

· Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including datasheets, certifications, and sales collateral

Skills & Experience

· Minimum 4 years of experience in the PPE industry (mandatory)

· In-depth knowledge of EN safety standards relevant to PPE, In-depth knowledge of EN safety standards (e.g., EN ISO 11612, EN ISO 20345)

· Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within construction and oil & gas sectors

· Strong professional network in the UAE industrial and safety ecosystem

· Experience with category management is a strong plus

· Highly self-motivated, independent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

· Additional certifications in industrial safety, sales, or procurement are a plus
