• Work closely with the sales team to help drive the sales process forward.
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and bids for customers.
• Assist in negotiating technical aspects of contracts.

• Work with product development teams to customize or adapt solutions for specific customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide after-sales support, assisting with any technical inquiries or product issues.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies or products that could enhance customer solutions.
• Train customers on product features, installation, and troubleshooting, ensuring that they fully understand how to use the products.
• Support the sales team by providing technical insights and aiding in strategy development.
