Business Development – Audio Visual Equipment Rental

Avatar is a new provider of cutting-edge Audio, Video & Lighting (AVL) solutions for events, exhibitions, and entertainment productions. We deliver exceptional technical expertise and innovative event experiences across UAE.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth and build strong relationships within the events industry. If you have a passion for AVL technology, a strong network in the sector, and a proven sales track record, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales tactics to grow the company’s AVL equipment business (mainly LED screens rental).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and entertainment sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with event organizers & production companies
• Work closely with technical teams to propose tailored AVL solutions for clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in sales of AVL equipment or event production solutions.

✔ Knowledge of audio, video & lighting technologies used in events.

✔ Established network in the UAE’s events, exhibitions, and entertainment industries.

✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

✔ UAE driving license is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
