Executive – Billing & Credit Control

Department: Accounts and Finance
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end freight billing & documentation.
• Manage GST/TDS compliance, credit/debit notes.
• Use Excel (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP; Pivot Tables preferred).
• Operate Tally or Logistics ERP systems.
• Liaise with carriers/customers for billing queries.
• Enforce credit-control & receivable follow-ups.
• Perform AR ageing analysis & escalate overdue accounts.

Profile: Commerce Graduate with experience of billing/accounts.
Shipping-line/logistics industry background highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
