Job summary

The Billing Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing all billing activities related to residential construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the defined timelines. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the billing process in civil engineering projects and proficiency in relevant software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Contract Review: Examine project contracts to ensure billing terms are accurately reflected in financial documentation.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress against budget and timelines, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and clients to address billing-related inquiries.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in billing engineering within the real estate or construction industry.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a relevant degree.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard billing and estimation software.
