Billing Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to manage billing documentation, prepare project material bills & ensure accurate certification processes. This is a fully office-based role that requires strong coordination, analytical skills & experience in MEP project handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare & submit project material bills to clients based on site progress
• Handle all billing-related documentation & maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with site teams to verify quantities & material usage
• Prepare & manage JMR (Joint Measurement Records)
• Review and certify bills in line with project guidelines
• Support project managers with billing follow-ups & clarifications
• Ensure compliance with company billing standards & client requirements
• Collaborate with procurement & engineering teams for quantity validation

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Or M.Sc in Mathematics / Physics
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in MEP works
• Strong background in coordination & execution
• Ability to read drawings, verify quantities & prepare accurate bills
• Good documentation, analytical & communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & billing-related tools
• Attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
