About the Role

We are urgently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join a reputed hospital in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all billing operations, ensuring accurate BOQs, cost calculations, vendor billing, and timely submission of bills related to hospital construction, renovation, and facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify quantities, BOQs, and estimates for civil, MEP, and interior works within the hospital premises
• Handle contractor/vendor billing, RA bills, final bills, and certification
• Maintain and update billing records, measurement sheets, and documentation
• Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, consultants, and contractors for billing accuracy
• Monitor work progress and reconcile quantities with site execution
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards, quality, and financial policies
• Prepare reports and MIS related to billing and project costing
• Support audits and financial verification as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of billing experience, preferably in hospital or institutional projects
• Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reports)
• Experience with billing software
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong documentation and coordination ability
