• Strong knowledge of all billing procedures, measurements, BOQ, RA bills, final bills, etc.
• Ability to coordinate and handle Sub Engineers, SDO & department officials smoothly.
• Smart communication skills with the talent to convince and get work approved without delay.
• Good follow-up attitude and responsibility to complete tasks on time.
• Experience in site billing will be an advantage.
