Qualifications B.E / B.Tech (Civil Engineering)

Age Around 30–47 years

Experience Minimum 8–10 years of experience in quantity estimation, billing, and reconciliation for Residential / Commercial / High-rise projects

Computer Knowledge MS Word / Excel / AutoCAD / Quantity Estimation Software (e.g., Revit, Primavera, or similar)

Other Specific Experience Experience in working with reputed Civil Contractors or Real Estate Developers preferred

CTC Budget Up to ₹22 LPA

Job Description

• Prepare client bills, subcontractor bills, and RA (Running Account) bills as per site progress.
• Verify quantities from drawings and site measurements before billing.
• Ensure billing accuracy as per contract terms, BOQ, and approved drawings.
• Maintain records of quantity reconciliation between client, contractor, and site execution.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants for billing-related documentation.
• Prepare and track material consumption reports and reconciliation statements.
• Assist in cost analysis, budget preparation, and monitoring project financials.
• Handle rate analysis and assist in tendering and estimation work when required.
• Ensure timely submission and certification of bills from clients.
• Maintain updated documentation for all billing and contractual correspondence.
