Billing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Construction Billing Engineer to handle all billing-related activities, quantity verification, and documentation for our construction projects. The role requires strong coordination with the site team, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.

Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and site measurements.

Coordinate with the site team for measurement verification and documentation.

Maintain records of executed work, variations, and material reconciliation.

Review project contracts, scope of work, and ensure billing compliance.

Prepare rate analysis, cost statements, and billing-related MIS reports.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and accounts/finance for bill clearance.

Ensure accurate working of client billing, subcontractor billing, and certification.

Monitor project progress and highlight billing-related discrepancies.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of civil engineering billing, BOQ, and IS codes.

Excellent understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and site processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD.

Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.

Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Eligibility :

Qualification - B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience - 2-4 years in a relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
