Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent Billing Engineer with 10 years of hands-on experience in building construction and government infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing and verifying bills, quantity estimation, and coordinating with site and accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare client and subcontractor bills as per work progress and contract terms.
• Verify measurements and quantities from drawings and site execution.
• Ensure billing is aligned with CPWD/PWD specifications, BOQ, and work orders.
• Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, planning, and accounts departments for approvals and clarifications.
• Maintain billing records, documentation, and support internal and external audits.
• Assist in preparing budget forecasts and cash flow reports based on billing data.
• Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and statutory requirements in billing.
• Track material and work consumption for verification and quantity reconciliation.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of CPWD norms, contract clauses, and billing standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software (e.g., ERP, Tally, Candy).
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and BOQs.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail with high numerical accuracy.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years of relevant experience in billing for government infrastructure/building construction projects.
• IMMEDIATE JOINERS WILL BE MORE PREFERRED WITH SAME INDUSTRY

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
