Billing Engineer

• Conduct research to create forecasts about the cost of a project.
• Create estimation reports for the project manager. Monitor the budgets and expenditures​
• Collaborate with the project manager to make decisions about resource allocation.
• Anticipate potential risks and develop preventative solutions.
• Assist with feasibility studies and strategize how to increase margins of profit of a project.
• Identify costs and overall budget, ensuring the project is on track.
• Review and assess project timelines.
• Prepare bills of quantities for tender purpose
• Prepare mis reports
