Key Responsibilities :

· Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, monitoring progress, and identifying potential delays.

· Budgeting & Cost Control: Estimating costs, tracking project expenditures, analyzing variations, and ensuring adherence to budget.

· Billing & Financial Management: Preparing RA bills, interim payments, invoices, and processing contractor payments, ensuring contract compliance.

· Quantity Surveying (QS): Taking off quantities from drawings, preparing BOQs, and analyzing rates.

· Reporting & Documentation: Generating progress reports, financial statements (MIS), and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications :

Education: B.E Civil (min. 5 to 7 year of experience in relevant field)

Technical: Strong understanding of project management software,

ERP,MS Project Etc. quantity surveying, and financial systems.

Analytical: Excellent cost estimation, rate analysis, and financial reporting skills.

Soft Skills: Communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and discussed during the interview process.
