Billing & Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets for civil construction and maintenance, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Monitor project expenditures, analyze variances, and prepare regular financial reports for management.
• Implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
• Certify contractor bills, verifying they align with contract terms and actual site progress.
• Review and verify contractor bills, claims, and variations according to specifications and the bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare sub-contract agreements and award sub-contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize project costs.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform value engineering exercises and analyze cost implications of materials, labor, and construction methods.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal policies, and project-specific procedures.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare cost plans at various design stages, including concept, schematic, and design development.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
