Key responsibilities
- Estimation:
- Analyze engineering drawings, architectural plans, and design documents to determine project quantities.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on labor, material, and equipment costs.
- Develop construction schedules and manage budget-related documentation.
- Billing:
- Prepare and process client bills (e.g., running account bills) and subcontractor bills.
- Use measurement books (MB) and site measurements to validate and certify work done.
- Ensure accurate billing and financial reconciliation of materials and payments. Cost control:
- Monitor project expenses and implement cost control measures.
- Assist with rate analysis for various construction activities.
- Reconcile materials, funds, and bills to manage project cash flow. Coordination and compliance:
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, site engineers, and other departments.
- Interpret and ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications.
- Assist in preparing tender documentation and negotiating with clients. Documentation and reporting:
- Maintain records and prepare reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports and MIS reports.
- Raise purchase requisitions for materials and prepare work orders.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
